wifi – Wi-Fi frozen after sleeping MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020 12.0.1

Wi-Fi on my laptop won't connect after sleep.

I close the lid at the office, then an hour later I open it at home and it just does not connect to my home Wi-Fi. It sometimes still sees the networks from my office and at other times it does not see any networks.

When I turn Wi-Fi off (from the Menu Bar), it lags so much that I cannot restart it. Sometimes when I want to restart it, Wi-Fi turns off a few minutes later (when finally it saw my network) and disconnects.

All in all, my reconnecting after waking up takes up to 3 minutes.

PS. When I go into Network settings some generic string names appear – like this.
